Scope of Services. Through this Site, Marietta Floors and Design markets and arranges Floor Refinishing, Tile Installation, Flooring Installation, Hardwood Flooring Installation, Laminate Flooring Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://mariettafloorsanddesign.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Marietta Floors and Design or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Marietta Floors and Design may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Marietta Floors and Design makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marietta Floors and Design's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Marietta Floors and Design in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Marietta Floors and Design harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
